This is a comprehensive list of in-game controls.

Mouse Controls

LMB – Primary Hand Attack
RMB – Secondary Hand Attack
Mouse Wheel Up/Down – Camera Zoom
Directional – Turn/Look

Keyboard Controls

W – Move Forward
S – Move Backwards
A – Move Left
D – Move Right
Shift – Hold and use W,A,S,D to dive in that direction
E – Interact
C – Toggle Character Sheet
Q – Switch Left Hand Weapon
R – Switch Right Hand Weapon
X – Look Up
Z – Look Down
. – Switch Right Hand Weapon
, – Switch Left Hand Weapon
Space – Jump
Escape – Close Options Window or Toggle Character Sheet
1 – Right Hand Action 1 (These are special ablities based on weapon)

Gamepad Controls

Left Thumbstick – Movement
Right Thumstick – Rotate Camera
A/Bottom – Primary Hand Attack.
X/Left – Secondary Hand Attack or Special (If Trigger Held)
Y/Top – Face Target (VR), Jump (Non-VR), or Special (If Trigger Held)
B/Right – Interact or Special (If Trigger Held)
Start – Toggles Character Sheet. Hold down for 8 seconds to exit dungeon or game.
Select – Toggles System menu.
Left Shoulder – Switch Left Hand Weapon
Right Shoulder – Switch Right Hand Weapon
Left Trigger – Hold to toggle left hand special abilities. Using X, Y or B while this is pressed triggers left hand actions 1-3. Using the DPAD while holding the trigger uses consumable slot 1-3. If a shield is equipped you can hold to block.
Right Trigger – Hold to toggle right hand special abilities. Using X, Y or B while this is pressed triggers right hand actions 1-3. Using the DPAD while holding the trigger uses consumable slot 1-3.
D-PAD – Used to dash in that direction. Dashes are a similar to motion controller teleports but in a shorter predetermined direction.

Motion Controller Controls

Trigger – Interact with Object or Fire Triggered Item. If you hold down the trigger and then press a DPAD direction before releasing it it will fire a special ability based on the direction which you move.
Thumbstick – Move or Aim Teleport
Menu/Shoulder – Switch Weapon. Hold to Open/Close Character Sheet. Hold 8 Seconds to Exit Game or Dungeon.
Grip – Toggle movement modes for that controller if Switch By Controller is set. Hold to Toggle Options. Use DPAD directions while held to use consumables.

Oculus Touch Motion Controller Controls

Trigger – Interact with Object or Fire Triggered Item. If you hold down the trigger and then press a DPAD direction before releasing it it will fire a special ability based on the direction which you move.
Thumbstick – Move or Aim Teleport
Lower Grip – Switch Weapon if Switch By Controller is set. Hold to Open/Close Character Sheet. Hold 8 Seconds to Exit Game or Dungeon. Hold and then move the DPAD in a direction and release to fire a special ability.
B/Y – Toggle movement modes. (You can use different modes in each hand)
A/X – Toggles system menu.
Left System Button – Toggles Inventory.

There are four movement modes when using motion controllers:

Teleport – This mode allows you to aim at a spot and then teleport there.
Navigate – This is similar to Teleport except you walk to the location rather than teleporting.
DPAD – Use the thumbstick/face button to move similar to WASD movement and orient your facing direciton to the motion controller.
DPAD HMD – This is similar to the above, except your orientation is determined by where the HMD is facing.
DPAD Hover – This is similar to other DPAD movement modes, except that instead of pressing the button you can simply hover on it.
Rotate – This mode allows you to control rotation but not movement.
